Plush Toys Australia was founded in 2005 and is a 100% Australian owned business. We do not have a physical premises - we are an online store.
All of our products are genuine articles and are sourced from a reputable supplier in the USA.
Shipping Information
We specialise in providing plush toys that are hard to find in Australia. For this reason, we ship nearly all of our plush toys as special orders from the USA. This means that you must allow 15 business days for your plush toys to arrive.
If you are not based in Australia, we ask that you purchase your toys from our sister website My Plush Toys.
Currency Information
All prices on plushtoys.com.au are in Australian dollars.
Refunds and Returns
We will replace faulty items, but do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully!
